I am having a problem getting MJ to wear anything other then dresses. She looks like she is going to the prom everyday for school.

When can you tell them they are really to old. The wanted to squeeze into the little ice cream truck but would not fit. The boys were invited to go bowling at Manor Lanes on Friday. When we got the the Lanes we were told only leagues until 10:00. So after a few calls all of the kids decided to go hand out at the local mall. Our mall still allows kids to be there without supervision. A lady I have come to know very well, Lacey drove. And we both agreed we should not leave them alone. We did let them wonder but not far from us. That night I went to Abercrombie and American Eagle for the 1st time. I never really had a reason before. Loved the sales for Brandin.

You know MJ loves school. But what I do not get is they send these projects home for the kids to do and who really does them? The parents. They had to make an ice skating rink with moveable people. I can say it was a struggle. MJ cut and colored them and then did not want them in the box. She wanted them under he pillow. Like she would never see them again. She glued and glued. When I went to the school and looked at the other students and they all had the same iceskating bear. I said MJ did you forget to bring that home. She said well......I had it but I liked your idea better. Yes it was cute but yet again I looked the the mom who could not follow directions.

Braxton's Hip

My 4 year old son Braxton has Perthes in his hip. This has really changed our life. He is limited on what he does. This is an exray from 1 year ago. It has progressed so much more. It is now starting to mess with trhe head of his femer. I will post more about this when I get a chance.

Brandin turned 12 on Jan. 5th. It was hard because the weather can be so crazy then. We had a foot of snow outside and we were at below zero weather. So the sledriding party was out. They were to old for cake party so we had a dance. The kids were so excited. We go the Disco ball and the limbo stick and they all had a blast. We are going to try and start the Tween dances monthly at the Fire Hall .

My Family

We are a family of 5. Me, PJ, Brandin, Mckayla (MJ) & Braxton. We have a dog name Shadow and some fish and oh we can not forget the lizard. We have been saying for a year we really need to take a family picture. So finally PJ's father Paul stopped over at christmas time when we were getting ready to go some where and snapped a shot. I was so excited on how it turned out. I wish we would have had Shadow in the picture. Maybe next time. Whenever that may be.

My new blog

So my sister Echo has been pestering me to check her blog everyday and I never did. So finally I did. LOVE IT! She lives very far away and this is a great way to keep in touch. I will work this weekend on getting my own blog so I can ask her everyday "Did you look yet" "Call me when you do" Did you look yet? Did you look yet? Like a broken record....
